John Whitten was picked up from under a bridge the night Macendale was killed; he was on the road heading from the prison towards New York City, and he was wearing a toy belt that resembled that of the Hobgoblin's. He's been forced to take his medication, as questioning him beforehand was proving difficult, but... interesting.
